The XDJ-AZ is four decks and a 4-channel mixer in one 89.5 × 50.4 × 13.3 cm body weighing 13.5 kg. The large 10.1-inch touch screen shows up to 13 tracks at once, the 206 mm jog wheels feel like club CDJs, with Beat FX and Sound Color FX. Tracks play from a USB stick, from streaming services over Wi-Fi, or from a laptop with the unit as a rekordbox and Serato DJ Pro controller.
The successor to the XDJ-XZ: the same club layout, but four decks from USB, a bigger screen and new features. We set it up at villa parties, weddings and corporate events with a guest DJ or ours; two mic inputs take the host.
It needs a table or DJ stand and one socket; the XLR MASTER output connects to our speakers. Order it with sound — the PRX715 or EON615 sets.
