Decor decides how the evening will look in the photos a year from now. In Phuket this is especially noticeable: the venue is almost always open-air, the backdrop is the sea or a garden, and everything you add ends up in the frame.

Below is what we have in stock and what it costs. Prices are per event or per day in Thai baht.

## Light-up pieces and furniture

LED furniture is the quickest way to put together an evening look. It works without an electrician: the battery is built in, it switches on with a remote and changes colour to match the overall lighting of the venue.

## Photo zones

A photo zone pays for itself in attention: guests take pictures on their own and post them from your event. A vinyl one is the simplest and quickest, a 3D one has sculpted elements, and a signature one is built for a particular occasion and style.

Candles and torches are booked in sets of ten or more — one at a time they get lost on a large venue. Torches burn for up to four hours, which is enough for an evening.

## What affects the cost of styling

The size of the venue and the length of the area to be covered. Printing — a vinyl photo zone is made to a specific layout, and the design is quoted separately. Fresh flowers are a seasonal item: the price depends on what the supplier has on those dates. And logistics: decor for a yacht or a neighbouring island takes longer and costs more to deliver than to a villa in Rawai.

## Styling for a particular occasion

**Wedding.** An arch for the ceremony, floral decor, candles and bamboo torches along the path to the venue. In the evening the lighting comes in: an LED bar counter, light-up letters with the couple's names, uplighting on the trees and the villa walls. The photo zone here is usually a signature one — in the couple's style and colours.

**Corporate event.** A vinyl photo zone with the company logo, branded elements, LED furniture in the corporate colours. A 360 Insta Zone works better than a standard photo zone: guests get a finished video and post it on social media themselves, mentioning the event.

**Birthday.** Light-up letters with the name and age, LED balloons, a disco ball, lit cocktail tables. Density matters more than scale here: the venue should look full.

**Gender reveal.** A short format with one strong focal point — a photo zone and a colour scheme that keeps the suspense; everything else is secondary.

## What works at different venues

**Villa with a pool.** The best venue for decor: there is water that reflects the lighting and terraces that can be zoned. Floating candles and lighting the bottom of the pool do more than any structure beside it.

**Beach.** Everything light and weighted at the same time works — the evening wind in Phuket is stronger than it seems during the day. Torches, low tables, fabrics. Tall structures need guy lines, otherwise they are lying down by nightfall.

**Restaurant and hotel.** They usually have their own interior already, so the decor is targeted: a photo zone, branding, table lighting. Large structures are often not approved.

**Yacht.** Only compact and battery-powered pieces: LED tables, light-up letters, balloons. Nothing that has to be fixed to the deck or plugged into a socket.

## How long setup takes

A set of LED furniture and balloons goes up in an hour to an hour and a half. A vinyl photo zone takes about two hours including the frame. A signature photo zone, a floral arch and 3D mapping need half a day and access to the venue in advance — this is agreed with the villa owner or the hotel manager before the booking is confirmed. Packing down is always faster than setting up, but at a villa at night it also has to be permitted.

**What is a 360 Insta Zone?**

A round platform with a camera on an arm: the guest stands in the centre, the camera circles around and shoots a short video. Rental is 10,000 ฿, an operator 2,000 ฿ per hour, two hours minimum.
**Does LED furniture need an electrician?**
